So I tried Flyoga yesterday. Oh my God!!!! The pain the pain the pain. I have weak core muscles and now it has been emphasized. My obliques, upper and lower abdomen all are aching like crazy.
I have not tried yoga like religiously following it and practicing it. But I think with this Flyoga it's like you have to more balancing for the yoga aspect. I don't know what shit I am talking about right now, I am seriously so sore right now. Ohmaigah!!!
Kalau nda tagap and toned my body lepas ikut ini barang, sa nda tau la. Okeh bai!
